He is a personal friend too, and that makes a difference. He bills us periodically, we had him do quite a lot of work, and he didn’t charge us very much. He just does good work, and he is a professional who is very meticulous at what he does. He works for Home Depot on exchange or something, so when I need him, he can’t always come, but he comes as soon as he can find the time. I would rate him as excellent on that because he is really good when he finds the time. There are several handymen that we have tried, and they either never show up, or they show up once and don’t come back, so we just stuck with him.
