+ -1 moreKevin Taggart was the real estate agent with the listing of a home I purchased in September of 2010. Items from a RE-11 Addendum to offer were not completed as agreed and signed. I have not yet been reimbursed for the repair of those items. Taggart is not to be trusted. Items appear to be functional but are not, like ceiling fans which are not operable, wiring not to code or even safe (2 separate licensed electricians have stated that the house appeared to have been wired to burn down intentionally), and he lied when I asked if the former died in the home, which he had. Many items concerning this house, the remodeling of it, and the sale could generously be described as misleading, I prefer the terms false and dishonest.
