• I live in California and my 88 year old Father lives in Idaho.  We were alerted to a safety issue when we learned that since he did not have rain-gutters that when the snow on his roof would melt it would turn his front steps into a sheet of ice.   At that age falls are very serious so we wanted to get it remedied ASAP.  It was such a comfort to have confidence in a provider based on them being on Angie's List.  Jared Sorenson of John's All American Raingutters, Inc.  was quick in returning my phone call.  I explained the situation to him and that despite the bad weather there was some urgency in getting this done.  He was understanding and very professional.  He said he'd call my Father right away and schedule an estimate and was confident that he could get the job done within a few days.  He kept his word.  He was very respectful and professional in all dealings with my Father.  The estimate was very fair and my Dad said he did great work!

Provider did significant damage to drip edge of roof by prying it up. Result is cosmetic damage to the house, a drip line that is mangled, and uneven roof at edge of house. Cannot figure out why they would do this. Also did it on several parts of roof not requested. Only option was to put gutters up on these sections to cosmetically try to cover the damage. This fix work was billed to me. Several gutters do not drain properly and were not installed at sufficient angle. As soon as I have more money, I will need to bring in a roofer to replace the drip edge and another gutter company to reinstall the gutters at the correct angles. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The bid will come in low, but the redo work will cost significantly more than if you'd gone with another company, and the result will be a house that looks significantly worse than before you started. I am embarrassed by my roof and its mangled drip edge! Who knows what structural damage the non draining gutters are doing meantime. There has been a change in ownership, and perhaps this will remedy future issues other homeowners may have.

Cleaned gutters, put debris shields on gutters, installed two new down spouts. Service went well.

I would give them an A. They were less expensive and came right out to do the work.
