I usually go to the dealer to have the routine oil change done, but I was short on time and gave Jiffy Lube a try. The staff was very courteous, kept me up on where they were in the process, and discussed the state of the air filter (not critical, but think about replacing next time). They even cleaned the inside of the car, which I was not expecting. I felt it was a very good value, and quickly but professionally done.
