Great work. I tried two other plumbers and they didn't even bother to show up for the job after we scheduled the appointment. Relieved to find 1st St.

First Street Plumbing installed the water heater and removed the old one in about 70 minutes. I thought the job would take much longer because the old one had been in for 25 yrs. Good plumbing techniques and quality work make me think I will use their services again.

When getting our job bid to get our plumbing in our house replaced, Kenny from First Street Plumbing came over and we went through everything that we needed done and got one price bid to us. We chose First Street Plumbing based on the price they quoted us and the fact that they have been in business for 70 years. When they came to do the work they changed the bid amount and said the original bid didn't cover half of the stuff we needed done after they had already started working. The price didn't just go up a little, it doubled! Also, the job they did was very unprofessional and the workmanship was very subpar!1. When replacing the water lines for my toilet they drilled a new hole into the floor intead of using the one that was already drilled into the wall and they didn't even ask before they did it so now I have a hole in my wall that Im going to have to cover and a dumb hole in the floor that I am going to have to get on my hands and knees to clean around every time I mop now.2. They hooked up the new sink in my kitchen and the new pipes are leaking. I am just hoping the other new plumbing they installed isn't leaking too. They left the faucet on the sink very wobbley too.3. Somehow they leaked a large amount of water in our storage room and didn't tell us about it. When we got home we noticed a large puddle of water draining out of the new rolled up carpet we had that we were going to use to carpet our stairs. It also leaked into some boxes that we had Christmas decorations in. I know accidents happen but the fact they didn't tell us about it really is unproffesional !There is a lot more to this story that is so frustrating for us! They did give us a discount on the work that they did however no one apologized at all and they denied everything! Just wanted to let you all know, if you're looking for a plumber save yourself a lot of mess and frustrations! Go elsewhere!

We had water running from an upstairs bathroom through ceiling below. They determined the problem - prior homeowners had installed the toilet incorrectly. To fix the problem they had to remove the toilet, install a lift ring and a new wax ring, and reinstall the toilet. They were quick, efficient, cleaned up after the work and were very professional and friendly. Problem fixed.

They said they would be here at 08:00 on Monday 12/29/2014 and they were here about 07:50. They were extremely professional and very respectful of my home and furnishings. They completed the job in under two hours including my request to change the plumbing so one of the water heaters could be valved out, allowing me to keep it drained and the gas off in a standby condition until such time there is a  need for a second water heater. They cleaned up they area removed  the old leaking water heaters and left my house in the same condition as they found it.

I can't say enough good about First Street Plumbing!  I called them last night just before closing.  They were here to fix my sink by 8:30 this morning.  That was even after I called them at 8 and mentioned that in addition to the sink faucet we had previously discussed, my garbage disposal had died after our initial conversation.  They grabbed one and had everything fixed and done by 10:00 a.m.  They only charged the $80 service charge plus parts.  Everything they've done for us, they've told us the price up front and stuck to it.  They are fast at responding as well as doing the work.  We have never had a problem with any job they have done and their prices are fair.  I really appreciate that they are also willing to repair, not just replace, broken parts.  I highly recommend them.

I found it very refreshing that they would provide us with information on how to install a product and where to acquire that product even though it was unavailable from them.

We've had our basement flood twice this year. We have tried many different plumbers or related contractors. First street plumbing beats all of them. They have fixed drains, replaced our water heaters, reset toilets and fixed a waterline that had broken inside a wall. This last time, they scheduled us in within a day, fixed the problem quickly and only charged the necessary parts and labor. Their prices are much lower than other businesses, they are fast, professional, and do good work. Not only that, when a job is outside their expertise, they have given me terrific referrals. For instance, they don't do air conditioners, but the person they recommended was wonderful. I highly recommend First Street Plumbing!
