Overall, the repair went well. I'd recommend this company to others. The only thing I didn't like was a lax in communication - I had to call for an update on my computer then during that call found out it would take a little longer than originally expected.

I read all the reviews about Fat Geek and decided to give Monte a call. He was very punctual and did a remote session with me to fix my issues. It took several hours over several days to fix everything but in the end he did an EXCELLENT job. He was always very punctual and very thorough with what he did and took the time to explain everything to me fully so I would know what was going on. In the end, he took the time to download a program that would help me keep my computer cleaned up and the bill was more than fair and my computer is running like new again! If you are having ANY computer problems at all I would definitely recommend calling Fat Geek as Monte really knows what he is doing and can usually fix your problem remotely which is very nice. I will definitely be calling Fat Geek again for all my computer fixing needs! Thank You Monte!!

He is reasonably priced, highly efficient at all levels, and good with explainations. He gives off a very comfortable feeling to have in your home.
