The employees were very friendly, they have very nice facilities and a large offering of classes available. The prices are on the high, which I can understand because they offer services (like a pool and spa) that other fitness centers in the area do not offer. They have a one year contract, which is the biggest reason we decided against signing up here.

I hate the membership rules. I am a college student home for the summer, but the only plans they have are year-contracts. So right now I am using a 7-day free trial. It's a joke really, I think they'd get more customers if they allowed for more flexibility in their membership. Besides that though, they have great customer service and a fantastic facility.

They tend to be really good and friendly. They are concerned about and make sure that you don't hurt yourself when you are working out. They do have a trainer who seems really nice. I just started out. The service has been really good. I think the environment is really good. It's clean. I am going back again today. Their price is not too bad.
