Cable one is over prices for the service we get. The internet is at snail pace most of the time.

The internet service is good and seems to be fairly fast. The cost is reasonable. We subscribed to the television service through Cable One since the price was comparable to satellite. Once the service was installed, we were very disappointed. The comparable price did not include a DVR, which was additional, the number of channels were very limited. We canceled the television portion of our service within days of subscribing and went back to satellite. I recommend Cable One for the internet service but feel a much better deal on television service can be found elsewhere.

It was a struggle getting in touch with the serviceman. He was supposed to show up on Monday, then Tuesday, and finally called and arrived on Wednesday. The issue was resolved, but he would not have needed to come out to service the equipment if they would have given better and clearer instructions up front.

Great! After trying a number of other internet providers that fell short because of limited service and unreasonable data caps, we decided to try Cable One. Great, fast reliable internet. Best decision we've made. We ordered this over the phone, so I am not sure which store actually performed the installation, but I am very happy with the results.

The service man came and set up our internet. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He knew what he was doing and was in and out very quickly, yet he did quality work. He treated our equipment (computers, router, etc...) with care and respect.
