I have 2 Yamaha Wave runners that would not run right. I walked in and talked to Bob Bott and his father about the issues. I was told if I brought them in on Tuesday ( they are not open Monday) that they would work on them that day, I dropped them off on Monday night for the repair. I checked back Friday and they had not even touched them. The tech told me he took them down to the water and found he had the wrong ones and dropped mine back @ the shop.. I told them I wanted to take them home since they would not work on them as agreed. I was then told that the guy with the key to the chain that they had locked them with was out till 2:00 I would have to come back. I then showed up later and I was told that they ran them real fast down to test them and it was bad valves and it would cost X to repair.
I then told them I wanted to take them home and was told not without paying 160.00 in fees
I have just last week taken them to Craig Denials who does repairs. He found 2 catalectic converters totally plugged, He made the repair in 3 days and they have never ran as good as they do now. So the Valves being bad was a guess on Botts call.
I will never give them another penny.. I was told by Bobby Bott that that is the way it was and could not have been more of a
I would not let them repair nor would I buy new from them with that kind of service.
