I went to look for tires and Big O tires was so hepful in finding me the best tires for my vehicle. They guarantee their work. Flat tire repair and tire rotations are free when you buy from Big O Tires. I have been other places and have not been satisfied with their work? I will only go to Big O Tires from now on, they are professional and very thorough.

We were greeted promptly and two service people took our tires and marked them so that they would know they were ours. My husband and it waited I the lobby and read while the work was performed. I'd say it took about 15-20 minutes for the repair to be completed. When I went to pay I was told there would be no charge. Then they loaded the tires into my Mazda for me. Although this location was very busy, we were served quickly and courteously.

On two separate occasions we had the following happen with Big O Tires. We were driving and we noticed the check tire pressure light was on in our car so we stopped by Big O Tires because they were close and they didn't even have us get out of the car. They just asked us to pull up and a technician came out and filled our tires for free. The first time was several years ago when I was driving my Toyota Tacoma and the next time was several weeks ago when my wife was driving my Nissan Sentra.

They have great customer service. They fix flats and rotate for free. We've always gone back to them for our new tires. They are a really well run company. They have a long history of good service in Idaho Falls.
