The techs left a permanent pink square on my den carpet. They tried to convince me it was because my female dogs lifted their legs on the furniture. I've had these dogs since they were puppies and in the eight years I've owned them, never once have I seen them lift their legs. I won't use them again.

I was disappointed that the owner left after the crew arrived. He returned to collect his money. The crew was okay. However, it took two days for the carpet to dry.
It was determined that my carpet was not cleanable. so the issue was not his fault. I really appreciate him trying to help.

They called to let me know they would be about 30 minutes late and that is all they were. The lead person had me go through each room to check all the areas that needed special cleaning such as any grease or animal problems. They had 3 persons who worked very efficiently in my large 2-story home and completed the job in 2 hours. I had several areas that needed particular attention. Where there were spot concerns, the young man always brought it to my attention and we discussed what I wanted to do. Some of my carpets was 20 years old. They also raked the carpet to remove pet hairs as we have both a cat and dog. All my carpeting looked like new when they finished. Also their products were eco-friendly and made my home smell very fresh and clean. Their fall rate was excellent 6 rooms, a hallway and stairs. I definitely will have them come back again next fall and highly recommend them.

They were running ahead of time and called to asked if they could come earlier. A bonus for me! Showed up ready to go. We walked through the house and pointed out any stains or areas of concern. They were very thorough starting with a pretreat, then methodically cleaned room by room. They did a great job. Even got out 2 old red stains that the previous company couldn't get out. Very professional, very reasonably priced. Will definitely call again.
