Cost was explained up front when I made the service call.
Service and repair were done on the day I called.
Post maintenance air monitoring of heating ducts was performed to ensure furnace was working safely.
Preventative maintenance program (about 1/2 cost of service call) was explained.
I would recommend Alpine heating and AC to a friend.
I had called several different people to try and get someone to come look at our furnace and nobody could make it until the following day. When I called this place Tom was on his way into town from another job and stopped over to look at the furnace within the 1/2 hour. He knew what the problem was and said he could fix it by just going across town to get the part. He was very prompt and knowledgeable. We will definitely call him again.
We actually had Jewel Electric come out and look at it and they said we would have to replace the entire furnace! Wow I'm glad I didn't listen to them.
