We decided to use this company to tune up our existing in ground watering system because they did the original install for the previous home owners. The initial consultation / price estimate was fine. The person they sent was professional and good to work with. It all went down hill from there. The project was plagued by delays. First it was going to be two weeks before they could do the work. Then another week. Then they said they'd show up on Monday or Tuesday of the following week. Then when they didn't show for that appointment they said it would be another day or two. Over a month passed of them explaining how busy they were and never showing up to do the work. Today I received a call from a very unprofessional lady at the company stating they were not going to do our work. What a waste of time. If you have any other options, save yourself the headache and use a different provider.

Responsive to requests but were booked to far out to provide service request.

I called All American Yards and inquired about having a tree sprayed and our lawn fertilized. The receptionist that took my call was very kind and helpful and said that someone would be out to take a look and provide a bid. I see vehicles from this business in our neighborhood often and nobody has ever stopped to give us a bid. I gave them both our home phone and my cell phone. No calls have been received, messages left, etc.

We called them for service. Waited a MONTH because we knew they were busy. Called again and person answering phone said "All I can do is pass on the message"... didn't seem to care that we were still waiting for a return call. We have used them in the past and it has always been a problem to get a hold of them and get them to respond. We found a new, responsive company to go with this time, and in the future.

All American responded promptly to my web inquiry. Dane arrived on time to our scheduled appointment for him to see the work to be done and provide a bid. The bid was completed in a timely manner and he came back to the house with drawings and a detailed bid. He was easy to reach with questions. The work crew showed up on time and were polite. They did not leave a mess when they finished. All American was true to the bid, even though they experienced some unexpected difficulties. We used All American for a much smaller job of adding simple landscaping seven years ago. We had a good experience then, which is why we went back when we moved and again needed landscaping. We will definitely use again in future if needed.

They are fabulous. They are very good. They are prompt, dedicated and quick.

They've been doing a good job for us. We've been using them for about 15 years. We have a large lawn, they clean all around, trim, and blow. They come every week, have a fair price, and I've talked to others, and their prices seem higher. They send us a paper in the fall telling us what their prices are, we sign up, and that's it. We get a bill every month, telling us what they've done, come on their own, we're in control, and they're very good. We've already signed up for this year. I give them high ratings and will continue to use them in the future.

All American Yards is very unresponsive.
