They used a camera to 90 feet deep down main sewer pipe to diagnose problem and inspect condition of pipe. It was tree roots causing the blockage. Removed roots and ran camera down again to show me pipe condition when clean. Also used a huge tap to repair cleanout threads I had damaged and put new plug in. Good now for another 80 years. We placed the call around 5:30 pm because of a kitchen drain clog, possibly due to the garbage disposal. Two men responded within an hour as promised and cleaned the main drain with a router to the septic tank and then the two sink drains in the kitchen. Apparently it wasn't a difficult job as they were done in less than an hour. They also suggested a product to use once a week to keep the drains clear which we purchased from them.
