They did not get a Permit that is required by the State of Idaho...Therefore I could not get my $150.00 rebate from Rocky Mountain Gas!!!

I did not even complete the request on home advisor when I received a call from A Pro Appliance. I guys was very professional and got me a quote and an appointment to get a new garbage disposal installed. The installer called about 1 1/2 hours before the appointment and asked if he could come earlier. Within half hour he had the old one out and the new one in. He was very professional looking and cleaned up the area before he left. I will definitely ve calling them again.

They gave me a time frame that they would be there so I took off work. They didn't show up until after I called. They told me they were running behind but didn't bother calling and telling me. Ending up taking the whole afternoon off from work. Not a great way to spend your vacation time.

"It is not always possible to make a time window in the service industry due to unforeseen challenges. However, It is our policy that the technician call a customer if he is running behind and he failed to do that. Both the office manager and owner called to apologize immediately and extended a 20% discount for your trouble. We apologize you had to use your vacation time and understand why you are upset. Thank you for your feedback. We have changed our system, so that the office manager will be aware when the technician is running behind and is able to call the customer to let them know. Thanks!"
