The first floor went in and within 6 months we had cracks between boards, nothing they did but the floor was defective.  It took nearly 4-5 months to get them and the flooring manufacturer to put down a new floor in our house.  I had to contacted multiply people weekly to get anything done.  When the second floor was done they had 2 guys work one day and one guy work another to put the floor in.  our house was basically a construction zone for the weekend, no one else moved furniture, had to be out of the house because we had two small kids.  when the floor was done, didnt clean up, said it wasn't his job, had some damage the owner had to come back and fix, I cleaned up the night the installer finished, 3 hours on a saturday night.  at the end of the day I will not use them for anything anymore and since we have plenty of people moving into our neightborhood still I will tell them to insisted on using something else or they will not buy.  that contract with the builder needs to be fixed and they need to find someone else that will do the work because Orginal Concepts is only hurting business for the builder.
