Originally contacted Mr. Rooter, because they had charged the previous owner for an alarm system on the pump, but never installed it. I didn't know this until sewage started backing up into our downstairs shower. After some research, they admitted to not installing the alarm they had charged the previous owner for. It took them two months to process a refund. Fast forward 10 months later. They stated they have turned things around and are committed to customer service and will give me a great price on any work I need performed. I decided to give them a second chance. They came out and took a look at what needed to be done and said it would take a few days to create a quote. A few days later they contacted me and said they were waiting on a couple of answers from the city, before they could provide a quote. At the time, I was happy that they were keeping me in the loop and actively trying to create the quote. It's been 2.5 months and they never called me back. What kind of business doesn't call a customer back when they are interested in spending thousands of dollars on parts/labor? There are too many things wrong with how this business is run. I would suggest other customers look elsewhere to find a company that is more professional.

They were polite young man. They were fast and effiecient. He checked around the house to see if there were any other problems. He did find a minor problem, but he said that could wait. They will work with you if you think the estimate is too expensive.

Absolutely, amazingly horrible. I have lived in Spokane for 16 years - this was the most unprofessional experience that I have encountered.

Their work was pretty disappointing. They were expensive; it was a flat rate instead of an hourly rate. They used the parts that I had bought. So, I was very unimpressed with their price. I will not use them again because they are very expensive.
