I have been going here since they opened. Vana retired recently; now I go to Julie. From the moment you walk in; you are greeted, welcomed and treated like family. The salon smells nice; no chemical smells. Jaime does a fabulous job with my brows ( I have also received wonderful facials from her). Since I was new to her, Julie listened carefully to what I wanted in color and cut. In all the time I've been going there, I think they were late in taking me once. I would highly recommend this salon!

My first appointment was yesterday. The staff was friendly and the salon is very nice. Their shampoo chairs even have a moving massage feature! I'm an older patron and do not have great hair, but I was very pleased with the outcome. Ruthanne listened and took quite a bit a time to get it right. Will be making another appt. soon

I went to them because they were on Angie's List. The girl that I used all the time, moved to another salon, but that salon is not good. I did see Julie over there and she did a good job. She asked how I found them, and she didn't know that she was on Angie's List. The salon is pretty upscale and the staff is professional, and well trained. The salon is very first class. They are all from California, and they brought their expertise to Idaho. Hair and nails around here are very expensive. You pay for the luxury of the spa. It is very opulent and they are very customer service oriented. I think that if they think that you can afford it, they will charge you more, I didn't realize it, until I was talking to someone else who used the same stylist but was paying different from me. I recommended them to several people.

i go to Hayden Creek almost every two weeks for some type of service. Every time I go, I am treated with the utmost professionalism. It is like going to your favorite friend's house for tea. There is always an offer of beverage and ensuring that you are comfortable. I never have to wait for services. Every person is friendly and accommodating. They help each other, work as a team and are just plain fun to be around. I'm so glad I found them.

This salon is beautiful. The staff makes sure that I am comfortable and they are very attentive to my needs. This is the only salon I go to for all of my beauty needs.
