"First I apologize that we were unable to respond to your review for such a long time, we were locked out of the account. It is H2O's policy that we do not pick the drilling site, we will advise the homeowner where it appears to be the most likely spot or refer them to several professional water locators but the ultimate choice is theirs. The project manager met with Mr. [Member Name Removed] and his builder multiple times between April 21st and April 28th to perform job walks to clarify what they wanted for a pump system. The house was not built at that time which makes it impossible to give a complete estimate on the price to complete. Our company made every effort to work with [Member Information Removed] to complete his water system and provided a 25% discount."
