Everything was great, they had a few good options for tires and they were good quality.  They were quick to install the tires and were quick to remount on when it lost its seal on the rim and wouldn't stay tight.

These guys are great. They give several options of tires to chose from and usually good advice on what will work for your vehicle.
I bought a full set of Wild Country tires. I had been into the store a week earlier to purchase a used tire in hopes I could wait to purchase a full set later in the year. A second tire went flat and I figures it was time! I walked in the store, a sales person was ready to walk out with me almost immediately. He gave me credit for my used tire-still good. Took my order and phone number and said they would call when vehicle was ready. I received a call approx. two hours later and picked up the truck. Bill was as agreed. Guarantee on tires includes flat service and rotation, no questions asked. They have been very good about fixing other tires for me, for free, even when they may not have been purchased from them. Good operation and all the Les Schwab stores throughout the Northwest offer similar service.

They rotated the tires and all was fine.

The first time I used Les Schwab, I purchased a new set of radials for our 2001 GMC Yukon. It was their and quot;best tireand quot; available with a ride and stability guarantee. After a few days driving with these tires, we didn't like how they performed on this vehicle, so we went back and exchanged them for a different tire. No questions asked, very pleasant to deal with and the second set of tires was great in both snow, rain and sunshine!.

I discussed the cost of the tires and went with a set that should have cost $780.00. Then the calls started for $200 more they would provide a service to the tires to extend the life. Then my alignment needed fixed, but when I told them they had done the alignment last summer and it should still be under warranty, the caller went on to mention how my brakes were metal on metal. BEWARE HIDDEN COSTS AND ADDITIONAL CHARGES FOR WORK THEY "DISCOVER" WHILE THEY ARE CHANGING YOUR TIRES. I won't be back except to do the rotations.
