READ ENTIRE REVIEW BEFORE CONCIDERING Wood Windows!! Wood Windows Inc. is a company that I would NOT recommend to anyone based on my experience with them. The installation process of all of the doors and windows that I purchased from them took an excessive amount of time, from January 2021 to January 2022, due to multiple errors made by Wood Windows employees and its affiliates. The installation process was filled with mistakes and issues. The windows were not properly trimmed on the exterior, the laundry room door was installed backwards, the front door was not what I ordered and resulted in 4+ installations and corrections, the hardware was not what we chose and had to be replaced due to all the damages, the interior trim was cut 1/2" short BUT still installed, the garage door was damaged because it hit the frame and still rubs on the hinge side of the frame. We would not recommend Wood Windows for any installation and will tell anyone to stay clear.

Since we could not determine how it became shattered, we sent an email with photos to Wood Windows. Since the window was an Anderson Window, they called the factory and explained our situation. The Anderson Factory agreed to ship a replacement to Wood Windows free of charge. Within a few weeks, Wood Windows then scheduled an appointment with us and they performed the complete removal and replacement of the shattered exterior glass AND the interior glass pane as well. AND, labor & material FREE of Charge! You cannot ask for better customer service! Thank you Wood Windows!

Great, the estimator/sales guy was knowledgeable and helpful, and the installers did a great job. They cleaned up afterwards, and the windows look better and perform as expected. Plus, with a lifetime guarantee, we have confidence that Wood Windows will correct any problem that may arise. We would definitely use them again - in fact I've already referred them to one of my neighbors.

, no mess, no damage. They did a great job!!. Very professional, arrived right as scheduled. Prepared the area, cleaned up as they worked, installed new window in a timely manner. When they were done you really had no evidence they had replaced the window

We now have an aesthetic eyesore in a beautiful new shower. I selected wood windows based on their Angie's List reviews and because they specialize in wood windows. We had them replace a small wood framed picture window in a newly tiled shower. The installers replaced the window quickly but did a terrible job caulking the window. I called Wood Windows and requested they fix the window. I was told they would send the supervisor to replace the caulk. The second caulk job was little improvement. We were shocked at the poor quality. Our neighbors are also working with Wood windows to replace several windows in their home and have had a similar disappointing experience.
UPDATE: They came back and replaced glass again and we have a better result.

After contacting several different providers and meeting with them and obtaining estimates I finally met with Wood Windows Inc and hired them on the spot. After that we agreed upon the products to be installed while scheduling a installation date. Everything went fine and we are completely satisfied.

They did a good job. They were accurate, on time, and did the work without any issues. I thought it was a little bit expensive for the size of the window, although it was an unusual shape, and I didn’t really verify and see if I spent too much or not.

The windows came in on time and the quality was excellent. The installers were very professional, punctual and very experienced and did a great job on the installation. They also provided a painter and window washing. Our windows look absolutely wonderful and we definitely made the right decision choosing this company and make of window. We highly recommend this company if you are looking for quality in windows and installation.

Shannon was timely and professional. He was clear in describing the product and installation. He worked well with our roofer to install the tubes at the same time that our roof was replaced. The crew was courteous and communicated well when there was a need to order a part or modify the placement of the tube. They arrived when they said they would, and they recommended a satisfactory electrician to complete the electrical part of the job. We are pleased with the results.
