Waterware is a plumbing fixture showroom. The showroom is a decent size for a small business and has higher end fixtures for bath and showers. Went to the showroom as it was recommended by my plumber. The person in charge of Waterware was very friendly and knowledgeable. Was very helpful while in the store. The responsiveness in getting in touch with Waterware after leaving the store was not great. E-mail responses came but were slow. Tried to order an additional part and never received a call back.
