Todd Campbell Custom Homes

Mr. Campbell built a lovely home which we really like. HOWEVER, our concrete is falling apart and we have been in the home for less than 3 years. (Moved in before Christmas 2012). PER his construction contract, he does not warrant FLATWORK. That means that driveways, patios and walkways are not warranted. OUR driveway and our main walkway had cracks in the concrete the very first year which we pointed out to him in our 1 year walkthrough. OUR front sidewalk had a diagonal crack that is over 4 1/2 feet long. "He says..."concrete cracks...if not now...just a matter of when..." HE also said it was because we used an ice melt product. WE ARE also having trouble with our BACK patio as well and it is fully covered (roofed). It has NEVER had any ice melt product on it ever! PLEASE think twice before using this builder. WE have several friends who have homes; one builder came back and helped his client with a problem 15 years after the home was built! Now...THAT is service! OUR house is at 2331 E. Sidewinder Dr. (Meridian). YOU are welcome to come and look at the driveway and front sidewalk (hopefully through fall 2015) before we replace it. ALSO the house to the immediate west of us is also a Todd Campbell home and has concrete surface problems as well. REPLACEMENT is about $7000 (+/-). It is too-too bad considering how much we love our house...unfortunately, the concrete is part of the entire experience!
