We are a family operated business. We have been in business for 50 years over 25 years in Boise. We are Incorporated and have 6 employees. We do not hire sub contractors. We do bill our customers on a one month bases'. We accept Master Card and Visa Cards. You could speak to us about a short finance option.

The owner, Burt, came out and did the estimate initially. He explained that not only is he a certified arborist, but that every one of his guys who climb in the trees and make cuts are certified arborists also. This was important to me - especially for my large honey locust. It had been trimmed several times in past years and was a bit unsightly with limbs going out in seeming random directions. Two of the other contractors who also bid the job didn't even want to touch that tree. The interesting thing comparing the bids is that Timberline's total bid wasn't much higher than the others who didn't even want to touch it.
On the day of the work, the crew (and the owner Burt) arrived promptly and were able to complete all the work in a couple of hours. I was impressed with their equipment which enabled the workers to work high in the trees safely in a and quot;cageand quot; which allowed seemingly infinite degrees of motion. After making initial cuts, they looked all around the tree from various angles and then went back to due some tweaking, thus ensuring that the final shape was a great improvement aesthetically. .
The cleanup phase was very thorough. Other than better shaped trees, it was difficult to tell anyone had been there. Burt didn't want my check until the job was complete, and I was completely satisfied.
I don't usually expect to really be impressed by this type of work. There are lots of providers out there who do a good job. But this was truly noteworthy. Timberline gets my highest recommendation.
