Stirling Staging
About us
The staging process evaluates the architecture of your home. Staging should only compliment but never distract a potential buyer from your home's architecture and amenities. - Staged homes sell faster and at a higher price. - Staged homes differentiate your home from others on the market. - Staged homes help buyers 'visualize' how their furniture may 'fit' into the home you want to sell them. - Staged homes appeal to more buyers which leads to more showings and more offers. Staging is a small marketing investment to make when compared with the cost of a property sitting longer on the market or not selling at all. We can stage as little or as much as you want as full and partial staging are options to consider. We own all of our furniture, art and accessories such that we're able to accommodate all types of homes. We participate in the Parade of Homes and Fall Collection. Personal service, dedication to details, integrity and professionalism are all part of the first class service offered by Stirling Staging. We will work with you and will spend as much time as needed in order to showcase your home. The process will be simple and fun as we pride ourselves with exceeding your expectations. Bids/proposals are always complimentary. We believe in 'Paying it Forward'
