The Service men were awesome, however the CFO, Allie Isaacson, was very condescending, rude and impossible to reason with. I did not receive an invoice, I only got a rude letter demanding payment immediately or else I would be referred to a collection agency. When I tried to talk to her on the phone, she made me feel like a criminal. I signed a contract to pay $100. in March, $100 in April and $300 in May, to be charged to my credit card. I assumed everything was taken care of when I got another nasty FINAL NOTICE letter demanding full payment by May 2 or I would be sent to a collection agency. I will pay the bill on time, but I resent being treated like a criminal. I honestly think Allie Isaacson needs to take a class in diplomacy. Needless to say, I will never do business with Servpro again and would not recommend them.

The crew was amazing, polite and very fast.  They arrived on Monday at 9am and had the roof completely torn off and redone with ice shield and roof wrap by 5pm.  If not for mechanical problems with their conveyer they would have been done on Tuesday.  Steve the job foreman was excellent always keeping us informed on the progress and issues.  If I had another roof I would definitely us them again
