I have ladybug cleaning my house bi-monthly for several months now since I had a less than great experience with another service. They have always done a great job and have taken care of my knick-knacks, etc. very well. The cleaning has been thorough, and I love when I come home from work to a clean house (and, on occassion, the smell of lemon oil when they oil my kitchen table!) It is such a calming soothing feeling to have a clean home! Thanks Lori and lady bug.

I had used them for over 8 months when we stopped using them. I thought our shower and tub inserts were just yellowing from age and the hard water in our neighborhood. Come to find out she was wiping them down but not CLEANING them. It took us several months of scrubbing to get the discoloration out of the tub and shower. The toilets also were not scrubbed. The mold and stain build up under the rim took a lot of work to get back to clean clean. Apparently, she just wiped everything down, not cleaned it. The other thing that really bothered me was that she opened cupboards and drawers that were not necessary to do her job. When I first discovered that she helped herself to something to drink in our fridge I thought well....okay, but later I noticed that she helped herself to other food items. I would rather she had asked if we minded if she grazed through the cupboards and the fridge. It made me feel like I had trusted someone who pulled the wool over my eyes.

Great. The owner (and cleaner) met us at our house for an appraisal. She called later with some quotes and we worked out a schedule. She is always on time, always cleans the house VERY well, and hasn't ever broken anything or dented walls (other cleaners we have used did).

They are always thorough, friendly, reasonably priced, and I would highly recommend.
