They started last spring and it was supposed to be done by this spring. They have a beautiful website and they list several experts.  There was only one person, the owner, although he claimed he had an engineer working on our project. he set up the solar tubes, but did not know how to plumb it properly or program the system.  In the end, the system did not work. We hired our own engineer and a different company to complete the work. Among the many problems with his work: he had actually put a pump in upside down; we had to re-roof because of leaks; the system did not save anywhere near the amount of $ he claimed it would; and it cost double his bid in the end.
Personally, he harassed us to no end. He did not come out to work until late afternoon and worked through the evening; ignoring our objections. We gave a down payment for parts, and he would say he could not do any more work until he had more money to purchase more parts - some of which we never received. We received over 100 emails from him, most of which made no sense. He would come out at night and demand more money. We finally banned him from our property and will call the sheriff if he comes back.
