Fabric Awning or Patio Cover Installation and Replacement
I contacted Gutter Helmet and spoke with either Wendy or Kimbria about getting a SunSetter awning installed over my patio. Carl came for our meeting and easily answered my questions, about the estimate, the time it would take to get and install the awning and Carl explained everything completely. The team of Eddy and Ricardo showed up on time, completed the installation, did a great job and were very courteous. They answered all our questions and showed us how everything worked and cleaned up after themselves. It was a great experience.
I recommend them without any hesitation.

Carl, the manager was very prompt and personable. His hired hand, however, is smarmy and condescending. The hired hand needs to talk less and listen more to what the customer wants.
There was a leak in the gutter after installation and they came right out and fixed it. The Gutter Helmet system seems to be a superior system, but you will also pay for it.

He arrived at the time we'd negotiated and was extremely knowledgeable about what we needed to do to solve our problems. He set to work and completed the work we'd requested in an efficient manner and offered suggestions for other issues. We'll definitely have them return.
