The head foreman (Nick) was wonderful in terms of hardworking, courteous, with clear explanations. I found the owner to be not responsive and to not give me a good feeling about his knowledge of landscaping and irrigation. The fences installed were not plumb and the gates sagged. Heavy rain caused repeated settling of soil which was not sufficiently compacted at the onset of the job. Had to call back several times to correct.

"I did not work for the Homeowner. I was contracted by the builder to do fine grade, that does not include compaction, We also install the drip system & had no problems. We did not do any landscaping or did I talk to this person about her landscaping. We did install the fence & gates, but she had another landscaper install the plant material & more dirt & mulch that made the gates drag on the ground, we did adjust the gates for her so that they would work."

They are the company that takes care of the common area in my neighborhood. I probably wouldn't refer them. They have been pretty responsive in the times I have had to deal with them or have them come and fix something.

Excellent. Best contractor I have used in years. Even with all the digging and having to disassemble part of my planter box, you could not tell they had been there. Excellent, excellent work. Once they got started, they finished quickly and as promised. I'd highly recommend this landscape contractor.
