One of the torsion springs on my garage broke in half, which was certainly exciting. It was a pleasure working with the Garage Door Store. I called late in the afternoon and they came over the very next morning and in very short order replaced both springs for what I think was a very reasonable price. I will absolutely call them again for any garage door needs.

In the future I will not seek out other garage door companies in Boise. I will only use Garage Door Store Boise. I believe the guys name is Kevin.

It turned out that we didn’t have our keypad programmed correctly, and Kevin showed us how to get it working and did not charge for service call. They are prompt, honest, have great service, are very helpful, knowledgeable and extremely competitive on their prices. I would highly recommend them to others.
