My dryer was not working because of a clogged dryer vent. I had a bunch of laundry to get done before guests arrived. I called and told him of my dilemma and read him my dryer codes. He explained what was going on. He was there that day and took out 2 gallons of Lint out of a 15' vent run. Woah. Lucky to have gotten this done. I had another service come out last year to clean my HVAC ducts. I thought I had them clean the dryer vent, but maybe I did not. Definitely will use Dryer on Fire to clean out my vents in the future.

I knew that I needed my dryer vent cleaned. Charlie came out and not only cleaned the dryer vent, but he also took apart my dryer to clean out the inside and climbed up on the roof to clean the exterior vent. He took before and after photos so that I was able to see the amazing difference. He got in contact with me shortly after I put in a request and came out the same day. He came totally prepared, was fast and efficient, and he's really nice. I'm so glad that he was able to do the work. I'd definitely call Charlie again!

Contacted me right away. Met me that day and told me what was wrong and started work right away. Had to get parts out of Boise and finished job the next morning. Cleaned the vent and repaired the dryer. Reasonable price and I would use him again.

Very honest and reasonable. Best service in Boise. I called a lot of places and they only worked 8 to 4 Monday through Friday... How do they do this with people that work 8 to 5? What the hell happened to customer service at least in Boise.

He came out on short notice on a Saturday. He fixed the problem quickly and efficiently AND He charged me a very, reasonable price. I would NOT Hesitate to recommend or use them!
