First off I want say how much I love this company. Last year we had a leak and it was the first time ever having to deal with something like this. A few weeks ago our main bathroom flooded. Thankfully we were home and caught the flood right away and called disaster cleanup right away to come out. Preston and Austin came out within a couple hours and got things taken care of, and they have been out daily to check on drying progress. While Preston was out checking the drying process we asked if he could check to make sure there was no water issues with our flooring in the kitchen since we noticed a spot of concern. Preston was kind enough to check it and learned we in fact we had yet another leak from the refrigerator. He got things all situated for us to start that drying process. This company has been great to deal and help put things at ease especially when our house is throwing us curve balls.

Luke and Austin we're incredible. They made my mold remediation headache incredibly painless. They evaluated the problem communicated what needed to be corrected, and corrected it in a very timely and efficient manner. I wouldn't consider using anybody but disaster clean up for any type of mold remediation.
