Crawford Door Sales was recommended to me by a friend and I relied on them to help me when my garage door broke (let’s call it operator error). Ray and Danny were at my house super quick and got the job done even quicker! I was really concerned I wouldn’t be able to secure my home and head back to work, but I was back to work before I knew it. Ray and Danny were very nice and answered all my questions. They also did some general service to the door and now my door is whisper quiet! It’s never sounded like that, and the house was a new build when I bought it. They even checked on my garage door openers, key pad, and offered to change the light in the garage door motor. I am super grateful and I will ONLY be using Crawford from now on!! Thank you Ray and Danny! :)

Very quick and fair.

Service was top notch. Jimmy called minutes after submitting my request on Angie's List. Danny and Ray showed up minutes early and finished the garage door repair quicker than I had anticipated. All were very polite, respectful and courteous. I would definitely hire again. Thanks guys!

They came out within hours and did the inspection, adjusted it, and repaired the broken part. Wow! I really appreciated it, and felt great about the service and price. The repair was very minor, but made all the difference to the function.

Great. 1) A live person answered the phone when I called -- was friendly and competent on top of that 2) An experienced technician arrived at the promised time 3) did a thorough inspection of both doors, found some minor problems and one major issue that I was unaware of 4) Fixed everything perfectly for the original (and reasonable) price that was promised.

They were on time and professional. Everything was good.

They were prompt, professional, cleaned up their mess before leaving.  I got quotes from 3 providers but Crawford Door was the only one able to get the door in the time frame I desired since their garage doors are manufactured locally.

Called the afternoon that the garage door broke and they were able to make an appointment to come out first thing the next morning.  It took about an hour to change out the broken spring and we were back in business!  Very impressed with how quickly they were able to come out after I called.  And their rates were  very reasonable.

The service was done within a few hours of calling them.   They were great I would highly recommend them!!!

Repairman arrived on time after calling 30 minutes prior to confirm that I would be at home. He was professional and courteous and asked me to show him what needed repaired. He identified the problem and explained what would be needed for the repair. He performed a quick and thorough job with no surprises. Overall I was very satisfied with the service, and all of my interactions by phone with the company were very pleasant as well. Highly recommended!

Left a message Friday evening. Monday morning at 8:15 they called and were at the house by 9 am. The garage door was fixed by 10 am. Everything went well and prices seemed fair.

This crew was amazing.  They came right out, within a few hours of my phone call.  They didn't perform unnecessary labor, quickly assessed the problem and fixed it.  The price was fair and the service was amazing.  These are definite garage repairmen to keep on the list of trusted providers.

The service guys arrived on time and installed the cables and checked the rest of the door over and found no other problems. It didn't take them long. The door is working fine. After a few days I noticed that door had a slight tilt to it. I called and talked to Don. He sent out his guys to check it out that same day. They looked it over and made a couple of adjustments and assured me that it is fine. The door is working fine. There is a slight tilt but not that noticeable. As long as the door works well, I'm okay with it. I will call them first the next time I need this type of work done.
