After a great experience with the representatvie that I spoke with from Service Magic I was expecting nothing but the best service from A Busy Bee Lock & Key. The rep connected me to a technician from BBL&K, I explained the services I was in need of and requested an estimate. I was assured that they did the work that I was in the market for and that they would be happy to provide me with an estimate. I never heard from them again. If Service Magic only recommends reponsible and dependable businesses then I would definitely remove Busy Bee Lock & Key from your list of service providers.
