All My Sons Moving and Storage

Wish I would have checked multiple review sites. Ripped off and bad customer service, quoted around 500 total for a crosstown move for 1bdrm of stuff that was already packed. The movers stalled and we’re on their phones, they also took an elliptical machine they were told was staying; the branch manager Logan assumed we are lying about the issues. They charged $975 and when I said that’s way higher than what you quoted and you were stalling they denied it and would hold our stuff until payment. Also they took $100 deposit so I felt stuck and at this point robbed in a way. Frustrating to be put in that position where they hold your things, charge double what was quoted and talk to management that subtly says you are lying. I could go into more detail, wish I had more recourse, but would just recommend not doing business with them.

My mother had special requests which the movers responded to with respect and care. She was not moving everything, so it was a demanding job to have her constantly saying "This goes, this stays." She went over her original expectation and All My Sons quickly gave her a bid for the extra work and space and sent her items to Texas right on time.

I have used this company several times over the past years and have recommended it to my clients.  My experience has always been excellent and I have received positive feedback from my referrals.  The personnel are very well trained and professional.  The planning and scheduling was outstanding.  They arrived on time and loaded with care and efficiency.  Although my last job was paid by the hour, they made every effort to perform loading and unloading in the shortest time possible while taking extraordinary care with all of my items.  These guys are great!
