I bought a property about 3 years ago knowing the roof was nearing the end of its life, and now its time. I reached out to Black Tree Roofing because I read the good reviews and I saw they are Google Guaranteed which made me feel more confident in giving them a shot. Plus, they're not far from my property and they offered free estimates. I didn't know this was going to happen but they actually prepared me a few options for replacement ranging from cheap to more pricey due to better warranties and accessories like a vented ridge and premium synthetic under layment? I didn't know what that was until the roofing tech explained it to me, the difference of the shingles and materials. I thought everything was the same, under the shingles. The roofing tech was actually a female, her name was Bailey, and I was quite impressed with her knowledge and felt like she explained everything to where I could understand it. I am a single older woman and I didn't want to be taken advantage of. She even offered for me to invite a family member or friend over to sit with me for the consultation to make sure I was comfortable with my decision to proceed with Black Tree Roofing to do the job. I thought that was very considerate. Anyways, when it came to scheduling, I was kept informed and they also were able to work around my grandkids coming to visit which I really appreciated. I needed my roof redone fast. I was able to book a free estimate right away and I was able to apply for financing on their website and get a loan quickly. I am impressed with how easy the initial process was. The estimate appointment was about a hour. The rep came and looked at my roof, took some measurements and then showed me 3 options. I went for the best option because it was only few bucks more since I was financing, the longer warranty and better material made more sense. I was scheduled to start work two days later. The crew showed up on time as schedule and got straight to work. The crews worked efficiently and kept the work areas clean. The new roof looks great! Give them a call, you won’t be disappointed.

Called for a roof repair, they were quick to get me scheduled. Estimate was professional and pricing was fair. They came out few days later and repaired the area. Can't even tell there was ever damaged shingles there. They also informed me of some clogged gutters that were about to cause me some issues with my fascia and roof. Good catch, thanks.
