We had a bad issue with a sick puppy, We had Parvo set in and she died. We then got an opportunity to bring in a rescue older dog and needed all of our carpets cleaned asap to try and make sure the new older dog that we were rescuing didn't get sick. We stressed our situation to the owner and he agreed to come out and help. The next morning we had all the furniture moved and waited till noon ish for them, after no show we called.. Randy (the owner) told my wife he was sorry but his crew had been out all night and he sent them home and he couldn't help us, My wife pleaded with him until he just hung up on her and would not answer her calls.. With all I have I would not recommend him nor his company to do anything for me.... He never even called to tell us he wasn't coming . Please beware when looking @ Web Cleaning in Idaho Falls
