The work was done as expected and was completed in a timely manner. One person came out to complete the job. He was very professional and answered all my questions.

Called Jeremy Callen who answered but was unavailable today, so he referred me to his uncle Pat who came out on a Saturday, even though he had a class reunion scheduled and repaired unit quickly. Stayed to ensure it was working and explained in detail what had been done, giving me the replaced part.

He installed our furnace 10+ years ago and when we wanted a quote for air conditioning he came out within 1 day to give us a quote. Great communication. Was there to install when he said he would be. Cleaned everything up when he left. Final price was what was quoted. Very kind and courteous. Will definitely use again in the future.

HE MET MY SON ON TIME AND COMPLETED THE WORK IN A TIMELY MANOR.
