EMMETT SANITATION

I WOULD NEVER RECOMEND THIS COMPANY BUT UNFORTUATELY IT IS A MONOPOLY IN OUR AREA. THE OWNER IS THE RUDEST AND MOST BELLIGERENT PERSON I HAVE ENCOUNTERED IN MY 79 YRS. ON THIS EARTH. HE CALLED AT 8:30PM AND BEGAN HIS RANT SO I HUNG UP ON HIM. HE CALLED BACK AND REFUSED TO TALK WITH ME AND DEMANDED TO TALK TO MY HUSBAND WHO HE ALSO YELLED AT SO HE HUNG UP ON HIM. HE AGAIN CALLED BACK, CONTINUING TO RANT AND INSULT AND THREATEN. THIS PERSON SOULD NEVER BE IN ANY KIND OF BUSINESS. WE ARE DISABALED, MY HUSBAND IS A VET AND WE LIVE ON A FIXED INCOME BUT AS SOON AS WE CAN FIND AN ALTERNATIVE WE WILL TELL HIM IN NO UNCERTAIN TERMS TO PICK UP HIS D--N CAN. WE HAVE NEVER NOT PAID OUR BILL AND HE AMMITED THAT.

I agree with Dell M and Lorin T. I have never had a service representative treat me so horrible. He was actually yelling at me. Complained I kept interrupting. But when I tried to give an explanation he interrupted me, every time. Then he said he was just going to cancel my service. He then hung up on me. Then a few hours later he called me and yelled some more. He asked if we could just push a "reset button " and continue doing business. I said OK. Then he yelled and me again and said he was again canceling my service. When I hung up on him,he called me back so he could yell some more. My husband then took the phone and told him to go ahead and cancel the service - no one can talk to his wife that way. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

So easy to work with, was able to get same day delivery for my move-in needs. As late in the day as I called, both bins showed up about 10 mins ago, pleasantly surprised. Nice experience over the phone and the guy who dropped off the brand new bins offered to take an old chair at no charge. Cool experience!

Absolutely the worst customer service I have EVER dealt with. Incredibly rude, condescending and would not shut his mouth long enough for me to explain the situation. Would not state name or allow someone else to handle the conversation even after repeated requests. Please save yourself time and your hard earned money! Hire any other company. Please do not only take my review, do yourself a favor and research other reviews, you’ll see I am not the only X-customer to have such a horrendous experience.

We switched over to Emmett Sanitation from another provider. Polite, professional and answered “lots o” questions for my wife and I. Pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to work with them. Weekly pick up has been reliable. Nice driver Larry helped us with cleanup dumpster this fall, he was able to put it where we didn’t think we could have it!

Worst customer service ever! Avoid this company at all cost! We have been with Emmett Sanitation for over 6 years now. Instead of improving, there service only got worse with each year. They have missed scheduled pick ups multiple times and they are very random when they pick up (anywhere from 7 am to 7 pm). So you can never plan a pick up. They’ve miss billed us once and was a hassle to get fixed. They pulled a step ladder out of the dumpster and threw it in my driveway. When I called to talk with them about it, the man was rude, didn’t care, he told me to call another garbage collection service and hung up on me!
