+ -1 moreThey said our two little dogs ruined the carpet, took our deposit when we moved out and are now asking for more. I turned them in to the Attorney General and Better Business Bureau and now we are in court. First, the carpet was like brand new when we moved out and not even close to needed to be replaced. Second, our dogs did not step foot on carpets so the carpets most likely didn't pee on it once, much less enough to ruin the carpet. This company absolutely took about $1700 from us. My recommendation is before you rent a home from them check out the Idaho repository and the Better Business Bureau complaints and ask around if anyone has rented from them. That will give you all the info you need. Please do not rent a home from them.
