Lou and Christy are great and easy to work with. They're responsive to texts and calls, punctual, efficient, and helpful. We had Lou build us a catio including installing a pet door in our wall. He did a great job and designed it just how we wanted. He also asked pertinent questions and made sure we were thinking of all of the details for the project such as using pet-friendly paint, and wood, and making sure the wire wouldn't have any points that would hurt the cat, nor any screws sticking out. He also thought to bolt the catio tower to our concrete patio. He was a joy to work with and I'd recommend him without hesitation. He's on time, communicates well, cleans up after himself, and is very detail oriented. He's fair with his pricing and makes sure you know exactly what you're paying for when he draws up his work order.
