Project: installation of flagstone patio and a paver walkway; installation of French drains for dispersal of water from gutters. I was very pleased with this company and Bill, the owner as well as all the crew members who worked on this project. The work was done beautifully, the price reasonable and was completed without any delays or interruptions. This was not an easy project and I was very impressed with how hard and diligently every single member of the crew worked. They really were amazing. Bill was extremely helpful from the beginning to the end of the project. He listened carefully to what I wanted and made sure I was satisfied with the material selection. He also offered suggestions that improved the overall design of the project. The crew leader, Drew, was very pleasant to work with as he took the time to explain various technical issues and answer specific questions thoroughly. All in all, I am very happy with the work that was done. I am planning to have them come back for another project soon.

They did a nice planting for our front yard. Unfortunately, Bill could not tell us the names of all the plants that he installed. He planted 3 rose bushes under a tree and they get too much shade to flower over the summer. Three of the plants died over the winter and they were not guaranteed. We later learned that Far West Nursery guarantees their plants for a year. It was a disappointing experience.

The crew arrived early every day and worked with great efficiency. I feel like Bill didn't really listen to what we had in mind . He did offer some great artistic advise but we really dislike the fill used in the landscaping. Bill was very slow in returning phone calls.

New in town and they were very busy but fit us in. Worked hard and consistently, and noticed some things I didn't realize. Came on time and worked hard a solid eight hours. I was very appreciative.

Gave me a good price to fix and improve the poor job done by the previous "landscaper." Delivered the work on time as promised, and even gave me a few tips on surrounding foliage and added boulders to enhance the feature. I'm completely satisfied.

Bill always returned my phone calls promptly but more than anything he LISTENS to you. He hears what you are saying when you are taking about the project you have in mind. The teams that came to my house were courtesy and polite in every way. Great Company!! I love my new patio!!

They put in quarter circle sprinklers and should have put in 1/2 circle. A year later they refused to answer my calls for additional an some repairs. Poor Customer Relations.

Mr. Hereford returned my phone call the same day that I had called. To my surprise he did not put me off at all. Came out the very next day,replaced my sprinkler timer box, and made sure all lines were working properly before leaving.

This project was a total redo of the backyard--removing existing trees and shrubs, changing sprinkler system to all drip lines for new trees and potted plants which they planted. Install pavers to cover and enlarge existing patio, build a pergola, and install artificial turf. Bill Hereford listened to my ideas of what I wanted then used his design talents and expertise to accomplish that and so much more. He and his crew worked long days thru triple digit temperatures to transform the back yard into something I've seen in magazines. Absolutely beautiful! My large dog now has a great place to play and I have a wonderful place to entertain thanks to Sprinkler Specialties & Landscaping.

The reason that I rated them as four stars overall is that they still have to come and do some sprinkler work. I had them install a concrete paver walkway that required some sprinkler work as well. They did an excellent job on the walkway and most of the sprinkler work is completed. When I turn the water on this year they will complete the sprinkler work.

Bill Hereford does what he says he will do. His work team works hard and as fast as possible to get the job done ASAP.

Except for the lawn it was a complete redo of my front yard: trees, shrubs and flowers out and new ones in. Beautiful. Everything done in two days.

Originally we had a simple project in mind but Sprinkler Specialties offered up a beautiful vision that met our needs and was far beyond anything we could have imagined. SS did an extensive landscape renovation quickly at a reasonable price. There were no surprises or added fees. Excellent customer service. The work included a paved patio, waterfall, sprinklers, paths, lighting and loads of trees and plants. The crew was respectful of us and our home and they worked diligently in 100 plus degree heat. Highly recommend this company that clearly takes pride in their work!

Bill and his crew showed up on time. Workers were very friendly and professional. They were ready to work every morning at 8:00 and worked until 6 - 7:00 each day. The cost was as quoted with no surprises. In fact Bill included a couple of things in the project. We were very happy with the job. We'll definitely call Bill again.
