The installer was nice, quiet and went to work on the flooring.  We initially thought he did a good job but later the flooring(single squares with self adherance properties) started raising so we called and they came out again.  This job was left with excess glue on the floor and then we noticed that there were several lumps under the flooring.  We called on this but no one came out.  A couple months went by and I dropped by and talked with Home Depot reps and they said they would look into it.  A month went by and then the same guy came out and redid the job.  He acted nice enough but obvious he didn't think he had much of a reason to redo his work.

.I got my deposit back after arguing with them. I called American Express and got my money back. I will never buy anything there again

The experience at Home Depot is good.

I had an excellent experience. My sales personnel and carpet installers were excellent. I had 4 installers who arrived at 9:15 am. They went over the floor plan as to what was going where and had me walk the house with them to be sure they were doing the correct installation. I had an upgraded pad in part of the house and there was a mix up as to where it was going to go. They arrived with less than what they needed and did not dispute anything. While 3 of them began working the 4th went back to the store and got what was necessary. They thought they would be done between 2 and 4 but were done by 1:30. I had a great experience and would highly recommend them and/or use them again.

It was convenient. They were easy to work with and they were efficient. The guy who did the work seemed very experienced. Price wise I think I could have got it cheaper. I do not know. It was expensive and I know it would be expensive no matter who did it. When I called to see where the screen is they needed to replace it twice with a broken screen and they have not done it. I should not have to call them should I? I will use them in the future.
