Steve was referred to me by another reputable company and I called him and informed him of what my plan was. He was prompt in reaching out and discussed and made recommendations on what can be done and corrected. His cost was acceptable and we set a start date. He was at my premisses on time and along with his workers. I was amazed of the speed and professionalism his workers displayed from the beginning to the end. The project in a whole came out excellent and we were extremely happy with the out come. I would be more than happy to say to anyone that is interested in getting their roof done to use "ACCURATE ROOFING SOLUTIONS" and ask for Steve, he is a great individual and very pleasant to talk to. He will do whatever you want done, great guy.

I contacted Steve on behalf of my mother on a Sunday, He was able to come out and meet with her on Monday. They installed the skylight on Wednesday. Exactly what we envisoned. Mom was totally amazed at how the errected a "containment" area so the installation was totally debreis free. The workers were so professioal, kept her informed every step of the way. And my mother had originally wanted recessed lighting installed. By installing the skylight solar tubes she got the light she wanted immediately with no electrical bills! Extremely satisfied. We will be installing another one in the near future I am sure.

I spent quite awhile researching a roofing company because most of my friends had not had pleasant experiences. I narrowed the options down to 4 and met with each. Steve was by far the clear choice. He was quick to reply and reachable via phone, text & email, which works great with my busy work schedule. He was able to come over early before my husband & I had to leave for work and was willing to schedule our 3 day roof install Thurs-Sat since that worked better for us. He was very thorough and patient with all our questions. An added bonus was he had done a roof previously in our neighborhood so took my husband on a quick trip to see it! His crew was very professional and FAST. job ended up taking 2 full days and a couple hours. They definitely went above and beyond. Can't recommend Steve & his crew highly enough!

The shingles on our roof were peeling up and would cause potential damage to our home. We hired Accurate Roofing Solutions and they were able to help with our repairs on a very specific type of roof that we have. Steve's workmanship and professionalism guided us to him once again. His crew was neat and clean leaving nothing behind indicating that it was such a messy job. Steve is very pleasant to work with and very informative as well. The insurance company said it was a beautiful job and well done. I would not hesitate to recommend him and his crew to anyone who needs roofing services preformed.

After searching for a roofer for over 3 years, we finally found one! Steve was professional, punctual, and really worked hard to satisfy us. Our roof looks beautiful! He even had the manufacturer come and see us when my husband had a question about some of the roofing tiles. His crew was also polite and really watched when we were coming and going so as not to hurt us. They even took care not to damage any of my surrounding plants and trees. Steve and his crew was quick to respond to my call and promptly evaluated and repaired area where water was entering house. The roof drain accumulated debris around collection area causing drain seal to leak. His crew prepped and patched suspected area. I highly recommend Steve and his company for you're roofing needs.

Steve arrived on time to provide an estimate and explained the process and what the cost would encompass. The unknown factor was the amount of wood and rafter rails that would have to be replaced. I accepted his price -- he even told me about the Angie's List coupon I could use for his services. The work was completed in one day. His workers were professional and efficient and cleaned up at the end of the day. I know the work was done well because it has rained since and there are no leaks!

Spectacularly well. Accurate Roofing Solutions was the most informative, knowledgeable, and punctual contractors I have ever worked with. The quality of the work was equally spectacular. There were issues with my insurance company that forced me to rearrange the schedule and Accurate Roofing Solutions worked with me through all the problems and tried to accommodate me as much as possible. They get an A++ across the board.

I was very impressed with Steve Solberg's work, professionalism, and upfront and honest estimates and follow through. I needed work done and he was able to complete the work in the time frame needed. I was also going to go through another contractor to repair some of the water damage underneath my roof and Steve's team also handled that, at a fraction of the cost it would have been through the contractor. Steve is a great guy and I enjoyed working with him. I had been up on the roof assessing the damage and he walked me through everything very clearly and when I asked any questions, he was very good about explaining costs associated and the reasons behind each repair. I had another estimate that was about the same, but I had a good feeling about Steve and his no b******* attitude. With the angies list discount, it even came in a little lower, which was awesome. Again, I could not have been happier with the work done, with Steve's professionalism and communication, and the estimate was right on. Thank you, Steve!

It went really well. I called Steve for an estimate on a repair and he quickly identified the problem and gave me an option to fix it and to replace the roof, explaining the pros and cons of each choice. I had run across one of the areas of concern from the previous roof installation and wasn't surprised that a roof replacement might be needed. I went with the replacement. He quoted me a three-day work schedule and costs for additional plywood and facia board that might be needed based on the initial inspection. The work was able to be done in two days because the plywood repairs turned out not to be as extensive as it originally appeared they might be. The work crew was polite, professional and very efficient. After the work was completed, I immediately noticed how much quieter it was in the house and did not fear the one-night torrential downpour we received recently received.

I read most of the reviews on Accurate Roofing Solutions before selecting them for the job. I felt many of the comments made on Steve described him as I felt, too; i.e., very professional, polite, pleasant, patient, and very helpful! I would recommend Accurate Roofing Solutions to anyone considering a roofer....you can't miss!!

Steve, the owner, was a pleasure to work with. From the get go, he explained everything and was very thorough. We received 4 bids for the project and Accurate Roofing came in the middle but I liked how straightforward and upfront Steve was with everything. The project started with Steve and team putting a tarp over the entire roof because Southern California decided to have its very first storm of 2014 right when we were about to get the roof done. After the rain delay, the project started on a Monday and it was completely done by Thursday. Clean up was great and the new roof looks beautiful. The only real surprise was finding out that we needed to replace a lot of the wood underneath the layers of roofing. It was unexpected and shocking as it drove the total price of the project from the estimated $12,000 to $17,300 but it had to be done so we were okay with it. It's just one of those "pleasant" surprises that comes with owning a home.

Steve, the owner, came over to give us an estimate. He came over the time he said he would and was very thorough in giving an estimate. Steve and his workers were very professional and finished the job in two days. We are very happy and satisfied with the work he did. We would gladly recommended him to anyone who needs a new roof.

Crew arrived on time daily and always cleaned up at the end of each day. Job completed as promised. Appreciated the honesty and up front estimate. Great job!

We needed to have our roof redone to replace the 30 year-old roof on an addition and fix a more recent roof installation on the original house performed by the previous home owners. Before taking bids we decided to just have the entire house re-roofed. Accurate Roofing Solutions was one of three bids we took for the job. As a side note, we used Angie's List to determine which three bidders we would choose. Since the prices were mostly competitive between all of the bidders, our decision to go with ARS was determined by our interaction with Steve. He was responsive during the bidding process and patient with our questions. In addition, he gave us sufficient detail on how he would handle some of the problem areas of the existing roof. At the end of the day, we just felt most comfortable working with Steve. Work went as expected and there were no surprises during the job. The crew kept the work site reasonably clean during the work. Steve walked the site with us at the end of the first day to explain what they were doing and was, again, patient with my questions. The job was completed on the second day and there was little evidence that the crew was there. We think the roof looks great and our overall experience with Steve was pleasant. He reassured us of his warranty and convinced us that he stands behind his work, which is important to us. I would easily recommend him to others.

The crew that worked for 'Accurate Roofing Solutions' worked long hours to finish the project. All of Steve's crew were respectful and diligent. They cleaned up the perimeter of the house each day. They were efficient in how they went about the dozen different aspects of the roof installation. Whether it was removing old roofing material, replacing termite damage, the new plywood sheathing, the new dormer vents, crickets were installed behind the chimney and the skylight, or the new flashing and caps. From start to finish the crew did their job well. Steve was responsive to questions and all the materials were delivered on time. He promised and delivered what he said he would. I would personally recommend Steve and his crew for they performed the details of this large project to perfection.

Steve's crew of six arrived on time as scheduled and began the work. It took a little over one day to tear off old roof (it has 52 squares) and then they started the prep for the new roof sheeting. After two days that was completed and inspeceted by the county inspector. It passed with no problems. the next two days they worked steadily and completed the whole job by Friday afternoon. The shingles we chose came out looking good. The crew did a real nice job of running the courses in a straight line with no deviations in the pattern. All the flashings and the valleys look good all around.. All in all the finished roof looks real good. The quality of the workmanship shows up in the appearance of the finished job. After the installation was finished the crew did a good clean up. The new roof was finished just in time to be tested by the rain that came three days later. We are glad they finished on time and as scheduled.

We have been trying to correct a small leak for several years and finally decided to replace the roof. On Friday, September 20th, Steve Solberg, the owner, came out to look at our roof. Steve was able to answer all of our questions after inspecting the roof. We also wanted to add two solar tubes to give more light in our upstairs guest bathroom and our entryway hall. We were told that wevwould have a proposal by Monday, September 23rd. The proposal was emailed to us on the promised day, and Steve followed up with a phone call to see if we had any questions. We accepted his proposal and went under contract on September 25th. The work was scheduled to begin on Wednesday, October 9th and was expected to take 3 1/2 days to complete. Steve called on Monday, October 7th to let us know that since the weather report showed that it was going to rain on Wednesday that he would need to slide the start day back a day. The work began on October 10th and was completed on October 12th. The crew was excellent! They cleaned up at the end of each work day. Steve checked in with us each day either in person or by phone to see if we had any questions or concerns. There was quite a bit of damaged wood that had to replaced, and Steve had let us know that the cost of the roof did not include any wood replacement but we were told how much it would cost per linear foot for any replacement wood so we were not surprised by the added cost when we received the final invoice. We are really happy with the look of the new roof, and we are enjoying the extra light provided by the solar tubes.

They finished the project in a timely manner as originally planned, and we are happy with our new roof. Steve is a nice person who work hard to make things right. We are happy with the foreman, Tony too. Overall they did a good job. They had to replace quite extensive amount of shiplaps which amounted to be $3,000. Steve called me to make sure if it's ok before he made the purchase of the lumber, which was nice, but it was an unexpected additional cost. We heard somewhere that the typical cost was $800 to $1,200 for wood shingle so that was the amount we budgeted for. You might want to ask what the typical cost would be, even though you never know for sure until they remove the old shingles.. When they loaded the prywood onto the roof, we experienced a series of quite bad shaking sounds. We felt like they are slamming the prywood boards on the roof, even though we never know for sure. We ended up with lots of horizontal cracks along the seams between the inside wall and the ceilings which we were not too happy with. Steve kindly reimbursed the cost for the repair, it was a headache. You don't want that to happn to you, so speak with them beforehand.

Steve and his crew did a great job and the result is gorgeous. Every interaction with Accurate Roofing Solutions, from first call to final inspection, was professional, timely, friendly and focused on quality - and that goes for Steve and his entire crew who are onsite all day. It was a completely positive experience and I highly recommend this company to anyone with roofing needs.

Accurate Roofing Solutions did an outstanding job. They provided a very helpful and detailed bid and process description. The job went exactly as Steve, the owner said it would. Accurate Roofing used the best materials, work quickly and consistently, replaced all the roof metal and skylights and produced a truly beautiful roof. The external insulation has changed the internal temperature profile of our house and made the attic very tolerable during the day. I highly recommend Accurate Roofing Solutions and would and will use them again if the need comes.

Good selections of roof shingles and colors; quick response to weather change to install tarps to prevent rain damages during work; leadman was responsive and diligent. some roofing nails were installed in haste and not straight into the wood and some pierced into shingles; drip edges do not extend long enough beyond roof edges, causing water to drip down on to fascia borads and discolor the boards.

Steve and his crew were very professional and very prompt. They cleaned up everyday and you would never know they had been there. Even my neighbors were impressed. Not even dust got into their yards. Everyone was polite and always checked to make sure they were very professional. I would recommend Steve and his crew to everyone. Steve was knowledgeable.

Steve's team left their truck (and materials) next to our house the night before and his people were there at 7AM to start the work and wrapped it all up with in a few hours and cleaned up all the waste. We will have to wait until the rain starts to see if we have issue but he does provide a warranty and will be back if there is an issue.

This is the 2nd time I've hired Steve and his crew. The first time he replaced a section of roof over the great room of my house. It was a complicated job because it required replacing a cricket (diamond shaped raised section of the roof to add slope for run-off) that was failing on my flat roof. The roofers did a fast, neat, and thorough job. They also added, at no charge, an additional mini-cricket to help with the run-off above a large operable roof window on one end of the roof. They did a good job of re-attaching the flashing around the window and the parapet. On the recent job, they replaced a different section of the roof that had some water damage near one of the scuppers. They pulled out the damaged decking (one sheet) and replaced all the roofing material. I thought the support they provided for the replaced decking was adequate, but I added some additional support myself to improve the solidity. Again they did a competent job, but given the amount of work and materials (the job was done in six hours), I thought it was a little expensive even with the $375 Angie's list discount. We haven't had a hard rain yet, so the jury is still out on the effectiveness of the repair. But given the success of the first work, I'm pretty sure it will be fine. I enjoyed interacting with Steve and felt he was reliable, professional, and conscientious. I would use him again, but will look at his next estimate a little harder. I give him an A recommendation.
