We found Hallmark willing to listen to us and help us plan a couple of changes in the design of the house. We had one of the first ones of this particular model, and they were flexible with the location - we are in a different subdivision than the house was originally intended for. They kept in contact with us throughout the process and answered our questions quickly. The house was done a week early and there have not been any problems since we moved in. I was also impressed with all the venders that Hallmark uses - all knew what was included in the price and were very pleasant to work with.

They built a house for us, from the time we signed the papers to the time we moved in was just about 65 days and everything was fine. I had questions during the process and they were right there to answer them, any issues I had they took care of them soon.. If you are planning on building a home go with Hallmark, we had a great experience.
