Upon receiving an edstimate on April 17, 2024 from Complete Restoration to both look & test for mold in our basement bathroom, we hired them for the work. They only looked for mold, etc. in the shower and on the window ledge. They did not look around the toilet orunder the sink. The worst of the problem was under the sink. They did take internal air samples in two rooms to test for mold. They told us that they would send the samples out to a lab, and for us to expect results within 10 business days. On the 10th day, we still hadn't received a report, so I called to follow up. I got some song & dance about the lab "probably being backed-up." I called every three days trying to get the lab results. After about 5 weeks, I still hadn't received a report. At that point, I complained to Mike about never getting the test results and had to hire a different company.
