Home Inspection
He answered the phone promptly and professionally and was able to schedule later that week. He arrived on time and was happy to have me shadow his work. He took the time to understand what my concerns were and re-directed my attention to issues that could really affect whether we should proceed with the purchase or not. His suggestion to follow up on a potential foundation issue ended up saving us thousands.
I think it was a little pricier than other inspections would have been but considering the issues he found, it was well worth it. I liked the inspection report that he sent to us within a day--It was full of photos actually pointing out the issues and organized into categories of major concern, recommended improvements, and items to keep an eye on in the future.
Overall very professional, highly recommended.
