Pretty badly. the winter cover is quite heavy-hence I have a service remove and store. They threw it on TOP of the table umbrella. A neighbor helped me remove. I tested the water and it showed no chlorine. The ladder was not installed. Their excuse was a footing was missing but it was sitting on the shelf where the ladder was stored. They had to have put it there when they closed the pool last fall. They came back, put the ladder in and vacuumed the pool and charged 800.00. Interestingly enough, my pool blaster vacuum ( a couple hundred dollars ), ran away from home at the same time.
Never again. i don't like being scammed just cause I'm a woman.
