I think they did a good job. I think there might be cheaper people out there. The quality was great.

Heater wasn't working when we got up this morning. It was quite cold in the house, below 60 degrees. I called Lake City at 8:10 and explained my situation to the receptionist. She said she would check and get back to me with an estimated time a service tech could come out. She called me back within 5 minutes and told me she had someone in my area and he was on his way. The tech arrived within 20 minutes of my initial call. He diagnosed the problem within 5-10 minutes, as a bad glow coil and had a replacement on his truck. He had my heater back up and running within 15 minutes and also cleaned and inspected the flame sensor rod. The technician's name was Gary, a very pleasant and professional gentleman.

I was very impressed with the attitude and professionalism this company provided me and will definitely recommend them and use them again in the future.

They were on time, friendly and professional. They were timely in service request. I needed service by a specific date that they were able to accommodate. It was between christamas and new years and they went above and beyond.

Our electronic heater system was shorting on and off. Our Home Warranty sent a different provider who checked it out and said it was running fine. A day later it was off again. Lake City Heating is a company we had used in another house so we asked our warranty service if we could use them. The owner, John, responded on a Saturday evening since he lived nearby, and spent 2 hours dismantling and diagnosing our system. We needed a new switch but he was able to leave us with heat running.
He was back with the part in two days. His temporary solution had kept us warm for the rest of the weekend. The owner John came to finish the job himself. He went down in the crawl space to double check all of our duct system and then installed the new switch. The service we received was thorough and detailed. He explained what had happened and showed us some basics about the system.
We wouldn't use anyone else but Lake City Heating and Cooling. It is an excellent company with the kind of customer service you don't see much anymore. Highly recommended.
